How do I know if an item is in stock?

Browse for your favorite products. If you can place an order, they will be in stock. Otherwise, it will be out of stock. Note that even if you have an item in your shopping cart, it is not retained and can be used by other customers as you browse.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email?

If you don’t receive an email within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal “spam” folder. Also, be sure to check your phone, as you may have entered a phone number instead of an email. Or maybe the email address on the file is misspelled.

I got a refund, but haven’t I seen it yet?

Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

After receiving the order, what should I do if the item or product is missing?

Which cities can the order be shipped to?

We currently only offer shipping within the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the United States Minor Outlying Islands cannot be transported).

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation, order tracking number, and order tracking website information. You can also contact us at sales@everyfiltercenter.com and we will notify you that your order has shipped. Please note that we do not offer cash on delivery. The above confirmation and order information will be sent to the email address you provided with your order.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are automatically processed and shipped immediately after the order is placed. If you would like to cancel an order, please email a cancellation request within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Why is water important?

The source of water has a lot to do with the impurities it may contain. For example, water from underground aquifers is more likely to be classified as “hard water” — meaning it contains high concentrations of dissolved minerals — than surface water sources, such as lakes. Hard water is safe to drink but can cause a variety of problems in your home, including limescale buildup that can damage pipes.

Also, lakes or reservoirs may be more likely to contain bacteria and sediment than groundwater.

No matter where your water comes from, it’s bound to contain impurities. Even if your water source comes from a municipal source that is treated to meet safe drinking water standards, your water may contain contaminants that make it unsuitable for domestic use. We know that some troublesome impurities in tap water cannot be removed even if we boil the water, generally including:

  • Residual chlorine and bleaching powder after disinfection.
  • Sulphur, which causes an offensive taste and odor.
  • Iron and manganese that can stain sinks and clothes.
  • Floating particles, scale and impurities.
  • Contaminants may include viruses and pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella and E. coli as well as lead, mercury and more.

How often should the water filter cartridge be replaced?

Depending on your usage frequency and household water quality, we recommend that you replace the water filter element every 2-6 months. If you use more frequently or have poor water quality in your home, your water filter can saturate more quickly, so you should change the filter more often.
